Who We Are:
Isis and Jason are an average couple who have dedicated their lives to healing practice. We Practice the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual discipline embodied in Yoga, Kung Fu, Reiki, Music, Shamanic Energy Work, and assisted by Astrology and, Ayurveda, as well as Flower and Gem Essences. We live and practice in Ukiah, in beautiful Mendocino County, CA.
Classes are a good way to jump start your life and work with the energy of a community to strengthen one’s own practice. Private sessions offer more for those who want to find their core and work to strengthen their physical and spiritual selves, as well as increase their awareness.
Unfortunately, through our daily lives, most of us train ourselves to compress our organs, misalign our skeletons and otherwise develop discomfort and even disease. We bind belief systems into our bodies with stress, contracting, shutting down. A ballanced practice offers a way to transform these unhealthy habits, leading our bodies and our minds into wholeness and joy. Physical alignment lifts us into the lines of gravity, which makes us light, stable, and strong, mentally as well as physically.
Through the physical practices of yoga and Kung Fu, we learn more is possible, in both our bodies and our lives.
By reviewing and choosing the events in our lives via the wise language of astrology, we come to understand ourselves and our world in a more empowered, holistic way.
Private sessions and group work are available. We will develope an individualized program for the metamorphosis of your body, mind and spirit. Your experience includes a comprehensive blend of techniques and tools.
